As a coalition of more than 130 countries — developed and developing — and more than 100 institutions, the NDC Partnership works collectively to deliver on the goals of the Paris Agreement and advance sustainable development worldwide. While its overarching goal remains constant, the focus of NDC Partnership efforts adapts to the needs and priorities of developing countries.
In 2024, the NDC Partnership continued fast-tracking the implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and scaling up support to countries in raising the ambition of their “NDCs 3.0,” NDC submissions due in 2025. The collective efforts of Partnership members are critical at this pivotal moment to drive ownership and efficiency in delivery of the long-term goals of the Paris Agreement.
